I took this picture outside of juvenile hall this morning.
There are many better pictures, like this one from the LA Times.
Anyways, the kid plead guilty and so I didn't have to testify. Testify! Though I would have. After he robbed me, he ripped a necklace off an 84 year old lady and shoved her to the ground, breaking her hip. So yeah, he's not a nice person.
tomorrow morning i have to go to court to testify against the kid who robbed me in broad daylight in front of my building in August. that's gonna stink! 8:30 am in juvenile court here in the good city of los angeles. did i tell you i got a subpoena to appear in court? yeah, you heard me. i had a cop calling me from downstairs in my office building to give me the paper that said i have to show up in court. and it had a big old blown up picture of my face on it. crazy, right? i guess i didn't tell you about getting robbed, did i? see, i told you i owe you a lot of information. that story, to follow.
Be back to the blogging world soon peeps. I owe you a lot of information. Things have been a mighty busy. For now I will leave you with a picture of one of these donuts that I literally have to photograph every time i see!! So LA!
It usually blooms once and then it is gone for good. Well, I got this for my beeday last year (so 2012!) and I brought it to work. I googled how to care for it, which included, once the bloom was gone, letting it completely dry out for at least six months.
Anyways, I've been back to watering it and I thought I saw this little bud forming before I left for break and when I came back today Lo! A wee flower.
